Most of the homes we visit require a standard repair. A standard repair is $189, $203 after tax. If we cant repair it for 189 or less than 189 we do not charge for the visit. We can do the work with your authorization but if you decline, you dont owe a dime. Conversely, If we can repair it for $189 or less and you decline there is a $65 charge for diagnostinc time.
